As a young boy, during the Holiday's I loved going into my grandmother's kitchen and sneaking bites of her delicious food. It made me so happy to watch everyone in the kitchen, busy making an amazing meal for the family. My love of food lead me to wanting to learn more! Influenced by my mother "Gloria" and her passion to cook with fresh ingredients, I remember going out to our garden to pick herbs and vegetables she had grown. By learning and understanding what it means to cook with fresh ingredients, my mother was the one who told me to come into the kitchen and to start cooking with her! She opened my eyes to so many wonderful flavors. Having friends from many different cultures opened my eyes to a new world of blending amazing flavors. Once I was old enough to start cooking on my own. I would share my creations with family and friends. I loved watching everyone's reaction to my food, it was why I cooked and created some amazing flavors. I have always been putting my own flavors together by blending so many unique spices! This love of cooking and creating great flavors has lead me to Pixy Dust. This was a creation of mine that took awhile for me to perfect, but I believe I have something unique that everyone will enjoy!

Once again we are at that time of year when to do my job I need to politely encourage you to think about Pixy Dust for your holiday giving. We’ve worked hard to make buying our spices a worthwhile thing to do. Yes we have good spices. Great spices even, but we also understand that while our customers appreciate our quality, what they are really trying to share with our spices is all the happiness cooking has brought to their lives. We hope our unique blends opens the door to all the great things that become possible when good food causes friends and loved ones to linger around the dinner table just a little bit longer. Quality is a good start, but to share the happiness of cooking, it takes heart as well.
